The process of obtaining a residence permit can be broken down into several stages:

2. Submitting the application to Business Finland. The application is reviewed in about a month.
3. After approval from Business Finland and receiving the Eligibility Statement, you can submit your residence permit application no later than 4 months afterward. (official processing time - 2 weeks)
4. Personal visit to the consulate for identification and fingerprinting, and waiting for the decision
5. Receiving the residence permit card in the country where the application was submitted
6. Registering the company in Finland

As a result, the entire process for obtaining a residence permit can take about six months, although this is an average estimate, and your case may vary.
